The gourd program at Sunrock Farm is available to family and school tours at no additional fee. However, it is first necessary to specify that you would like it when scheduling the tour. Due to circumstances (weather, season, other activities, etc.) it may become unavailable even when initially scheduled.

gourd is the fruit of a plant and contains seeds. But the amazing thing
about gourds is their hard skin that can outlast the soft insides that
rot away to leave a hollow gourd. They come in a variety of sizes and
shapes and vary in thickness from eggshell thin to an inch or more in
thickness.
