Sunrock Farm's Vineyard

The natural land around the Ohio River Valley likes trees and vines. A walk in most woods in this region clearly shows this. There are many types of wild vines, but all like to grow on trees and fences.
The wild grapevine is found among wild trees and areas. But in farming areas domestic grapes are grown as crops in places called vineyards where the grapes are grown on trellises that support the vines. Grape plants are grown in rows about 8 feet apart usually in a North-South direction.
